The IPS technical team, in collaboration with the Research and Development unit, is always ready to meet new market demands. Each microencapsulation project involving new raw materials follows a structured process designed to ensure quality, functionality, and tangible results.

The main phases of the study include:

Raw material analysis

Preliminary evaluation of the physicochemical properties of the material to identify the characteristics that influence the microencapsulation process

Definition of the microencapsulation strategy

Based on the intended use, we work with our client to select the most suitable technology (slurry, dry microcapsules, or microgel) and define the optimal parameters to obtain an efficient and stable final product.

Testing and prototyping

We produce small pilot batches to test the feasibility of the microencapsulation process and the performance of the encapsulated material

Process optimization and industrialization

We refine the production parameters to proceed with scale-up and industrial microencapsulation of the material
