Thermometer for gas level in cylinders
Applied to the outside of the cylinder, the indicator shows the gas level by exploiting the temperature difference between the area containing liquid gas (colder) and the gaseous phase. This thermal variation activates the liquid crystals, which reveal the level through a color change.
